All items made by and purchased from Prop Me Up Prop Shop are for use as a prop for photographs only. Please never leave a child unattended while products are in use.
Items marked "ready to ship" will be mailed within 10 business days from time of purchase, unless they are purchased with items that are made to order. If you need an item shipped sooner than the specified time frame, please contact us to confirm that this is possible. Any items "made to order" will ship within the current turn around time.
All packages are mailed via USPS first class shipping. All domestic packages will receive a tracking number from Paypal, which can be accessed via your account in the transaction details. International customers should be aware that first class shipping does not including any tracking information and a refund will not be given on lost packages. For this reason, registered mail is offered as an option but must be requested before your purchase is completed so that the additional cost can be included. No returns or refunds are accepted at this time unless the item received is different from what is shown or described in the listing.
